1) Product Guarantees & Specifications
The Diplomat-Store guarantees that all products sold on this website are genuine brand name goods.
All goods are fully guaranteed by the Diplomat-store for 12 months from the day of purchase and are covered for all defects and faults. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your invoice as this acts as your guarantee certificate. This guarantee is in addition to the guarantee offered by the manufacturers. For further information on manufacturers guarantees please refer to the product descriptions on this site.
The Diplomat-store is not responsible for minor changes in product specifications or production made by the manufacturers. The products on sale at the Diplomat-Store are manufactured for overseas sales such as duty free shops, international airports, ships and the diplomatic core and may differ from the same trademarks and brand names sold in your country.
Please be aware that the prices on this site exclude tax or duties and prices are subject to change without notice. Product names and images are for identification purposes only and rights are reserved for omissions and misprints.

Once customs has approved your tax exemption request your credit card will be debited. This payment will show on your credit card statement as “Diplomat-store” and will be charged in US dollars.

3) Shipment & Import Procedures Shipment
The average delivery time is between 10- 28 business days to countries worldwide.
On rare occasions, e.g. holiday seasons rush, some orders may experience a slight delay.
Although all our products are securely packed to ensure that they reach their destination in optimal condition, all goods are shipped at the customer’s expense and risk.
Deliveries are subject to relevant official regulations and we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery as a result of strikes, wars or other conditions beyond our control.
Shipment is charged at cost and varies according to your destination and chosen shipment method. Shipment costs are charged at the rate prevailing on the date the order was placed and large items will be charged based on volume instead of weight. It is highly recommended that you place a group order as this will lower the shipping costs. Individual invoices can still be issued to each member of the group.

In order to achieve high standards, which correspond with our security policy,

(128 bit SSL) in the market. In order to protect clients, a credit card ID number is requested.
The card ID is a 3 or 4 digit security code that is printed on the back of your credit
card (AMEX - front right hand side of the credit card).
The card ID protects you from online fraud by verifying that you are in
possession of the card you are attempting to use.
Import procedures vary between countries, the usual procedure is to present customs with a copy of your proforma and the goods will be released. If goods are not released from the clearing agent within 4-5 days an extra storage charge is usually added locally.
4) After Sales Support
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order as long as the merchandise has not already been shipped.
Deliveries to the residence and embassy are free of charge. In order to provide you with best service and yet adhere to the customs? regulations, it is very important: - To check the availability of the goods and reserve them, by fax, by phone, by e-mail, or visiting our showroom. - Fill the attached order form or send your own list. - Our staff will check the availability of the good or offer alternatives and reserve the quantities. - A T.X. list will be sent to you, ready to be attached in 3 copies to the tax exemption form MB 380, duty signed and stamped, according to the customs regulations. - The MB 380 form has to be sent to the customs for approval. - You can also give it to us and we?ll take care to bring it to the customs. - We retrieve the customs approved orders daily. Goods may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery as long as they are still in their original packaging. On receipt of the unused goods a credit note will be issues for the amount paid. Prior to returning the goods, please email us your order number and reason for returning them to email@example.com and a member of the diplomat-store support team will contact you.
Repairs Under Guarantee
If a product requires repair during the 12 months guarantee (from invoice date), please e-mail us your order number and a description of the problem at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the support team will contact you. Please do not send us goods to be repaired before speaking with one of the support team. Goods returned without the prior consent of the Diplomat-Store as they will not be accepted or repaired.

5) Health Warning
Cigarettes sold by the Diplomat-Store are produced worldwide and may not contain the required warning label for your county.
6) Important Customer Information
When purchasing tobacco and/or alcohol at the Diplomat-Store you are confirming that you are of legal age under the laws of your country to purchase these goods. We reserve the right to cancel any sales transaction where we believe the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.
The Diplomat-Store does not sell tobacco and/or alcohol products to minors, bans youth targeting and supports youth smoking and alcohol prevention.
The Diplomat-Store is not related in any way to Philip Morris Products Inc, JT International, British American Tobacco, or any other tobacco and/or alcohol brand manufacturers.
