Return Option
You may return your purchases or have them exchanged within 14 days of delivery in
their original packing. If goods are exchanged, you will be charged for
shipping and handling costs. On receipt of unused goods in their original
packing a credit note will be issued for the value of the goods. Before
returning the goods, please

us and include stating your order number.

Warrantly
Repairs
If a product has to be repaired within the period of warranty (one year from
invoice date), please inform us in writing and include your invoice number
together with a description of the problem. You can contact us by
e-mail or by our
online
form. Please do not return goods until you have received our written acceptance.
Goods returned without our consent, cannot be accepted and are not covered by
our insurance policy

Claims
Claims should be sent to us upon receipt of order at
support@diplomat-store.com. To make our handling fast and efficient,
add to your written claim your invoice, delivery note, non delivery short
landing certificate and any other relevant documents
